Late Policy
If you are more than seven (7) minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and you can reschedule. Each client is allotted a specific amount of time. In order for each customer to receive a five-star experience, we cannot go over that allotted time.
No-Show Policy
Each client no-show is marked in our system. After the client’s third no-show, any upcoming appointments will need to be prepaid. If a prepaid appointment is a no-show, that money is lost to the customer and another prepaid appointment will need to be made.
